Team Pinnacle Strikes Again! Dry Ground!
Due to the mild winter, We decided to do a little dry ground hunting in Northern NM. I first found his track last week but was 3 or 4 days behind him. After 7 days of checking the same roads every morning, He finally came back threw to check his scrape line. Found his track shortly after daybreak this morning. Trailed him about a mile before jumping him out of a nasty canyon full of boulder piles and rims. He bayed and jumped trees all morning going 2.5 more miles before he finally held up in a 10 ft pinion. Hope you enjoy.

that's a good way to kick off your season!
"Houndn'Ems Blueticks" if it smells like a cat, they'll catch it.

Nice. You gotta love catching the short end of the track like that.

Al,
Both very nice toms, congrats! That old Kiffen tom was a rock jumping boulder cat if ever was one. Guess the attraction of that little female over there was just too much for him and he would just have to leave the reservation and go check on her, and that is where the old saying curiousity killed the cat came from. LOL!
Keep after em!

Right on! Good job.
Re: Team Pinnacle Strikes Again! Dry Ground!
There is only one way to be great and that is hard work. I would like thank you Big Al and the rest of the team for all you have helped me with. Stay honest and working hard. The punk kids will always whine for their mommies and the men will catch the cats.
My momma is good. My daddy is good. I'm just a shit head. Whipped off is Whipped off. No excuses. I'm only as good as my best hound; My best hound is only as good as me.
