Taxidermist?

Post by jbc67 »

A last minute planned trip resulted in this tom for my boss. He is looking for a taxidermist close to Billings, Montana. Normally I would refer him to Soucy, but he only wants a rug instead of full body mount, so I thought I'd give him several options. What are your experiences with other taxidermists in the area?? Paul Klar out of Broadus? I've just seen too many screwed up faces to take this lightly, and the last good rug I had made was from a guy in Utah. All thoughts are appreciated--Thanks.

Wildlife Recapture in Libby Mt. Fella knows cats and knows what they should look like.
The long bawl in early fall, the steady chop, the hammer drop. The chase and the tree, the passion of hunting for you and me. The old dog and the pup, the juvenile thats always corrupt. The snow the rain the laughter and pain. These dogs called hounds, we chase through the brush, waiting for the tree, our next big rush.
