To ALL Hunters;

At the moment this post really affects hound hunters in the state of California but in a way it affects all hound hunters in the USA and in the not so far future anyone who hunts in the United States.

As most of you are aware the USHS duped a senator in our state into writting SB1221 and even though it failed to pass on three different occasions they still got the bill passed via some back alley politics. If you do not think they will be at your state in the future then you are fooling yourself and hiding your head in the sand ! They are working on the hound hunters but do not fool yourself they will be working on any hunting that uses dogs next !

I know I am beating the drum but the USHS have stated that their goal is to stop all hunting in the United States in the end. They claim they have time on their sides and will continue on taking out chunks at a time till they get all hunting....

We need to band together, all hunters, sportsmen, trappers or any other title you have on your hunting sport and sign this petition or one like it now and stop this ASAP !

Once you are on the government we the people website you do have to create an account which is very easy, check your junk folder, sometimes the confirming email ends up there. We need 25,000 signatures before January 5th. You have a lot of contacts, send it to everyone possible.

And petitioning the White House, regarding a State issue is going to to what exactly? You guys need to educate the people of your state instead of wasting your time on a feel good "petition" of the White House.

Why not use some of the California Houndsmen for Conservation money to hire signature takers or possibly donate some time to gather signatures for a citizens referendum abolishing the law. THe Federal Government cannot help you
