There is a guy pulling a similar scam selling Garmin equipment. Name is Jay Haikkila out of Eastern Washington. Beware of him. Doesn't have the stuff he is selling. Takes your money and runs. Real good liar, too.

There is a guy out of Newport Washington scamming people out of garmin tracking collars his name is jay t hakkila. He is also wanted by the Newport police for theft watch out and be careful

Hes a real good dog jocky to had a bad deal with him and got lucky and tracked him down jumped his ass and got my money back

I know Jay Haikkila sells junk dogs to people. Lies about their history and capibilities. Pretty much a dog jocky with a garmin scam on the side.
