This is 3rd hand info but it sounds like we kept our bear hunt with hounds, we will still be able to hunt lions 24 hrs a day 365 days a yr, but they cut the lion quota somewhere around 50% even though the bioligist stated that the lion population is good. Like I said ths is 3rd hand info. I have not seen anything in writting.
