Truck driver stuck in highway gridlock outside D C. Man knock on his window. Driver asks "what's going on". Mans says "the congress and president have been taken hostage by terrorists who are threatening to douse them with gasoline and light them on fire if they don't get 100 million dollars in ransom by days end". He says," we're collecting along the highway for donations". Driver asks "what's the average donation folks are making". Man responds, "about one gallon".
