This was excellent, and some great action. I have to say Joe has the fanciest snake boots I have seen and boy can he pick en up and put em down!

I just hope one of those cooking TV groups don't watch this and give Joe his own show and mess up his hunting time. LOL!

Thanks, Thanks and Thanks again. It has been a pleasure working with Joe as he has a ton of energy and his love for hunting comes across so well on camera. He is very articulate and when you ask him a question, he says the right things and no need for "retakes". It has been a great pleasure working with him and look forward to many more hunts in the years to come.
Joe is one of just over 100 Master Gourmet Chefs in the USA. He has five years of "schooling" across the world and I must say that he is as good a camp cook as I have seen. I have been blessed to have as my hunting partners the TWO best cooks in the world, Joe and my buddy Matt Martinez who passed a few years ago. Matt was the "King of Tex Mex" and was the first chef invited to cook in Julia Childs Kitchen at the Smithsonian Museum.
Joe has already been offered one of the reality gigs and turned it down because he wanted to do a hunting show that put hunting and ranching in a good light.
Adios,
Gary
