Here it is Utah fellas, 2nd 3 year cycle of the cougar management plan.

I think they should put all the Manti units back to limited entry not just the SW Manti.

Those units were never intended for harvest objective until our friends @ "$fw" got involved.

$fw had those units changed to help mule deer recover.

I wonder what the deer adult survival numbers have been since the switch to harvest objective????? I BET THE SAME AS BEFORE!!!!
