Tri Tronics not charging

I have a 6 dog trash breaker system and 2 of the collars aren't charging. I know all the chargers are working because I've checked them with the working collars. The 2 collars that aren't working are getting hot. Has the batteries gone bad or is it something else?

Probably time for a new battery.
