I liked them. I don't think anyone has the dc50's yet, We are getting a Couple of the very first in a shipment today.

I don't think too many folks if anyone has the Garmin DC50's yet.

But you should start seeing some feedback in the next couple weeks as they start to roll out.

got mine yesterday and used it last night . I like it gets better service then my 40's but one reason why I love it is , it picks up the dog as soon as you turn the collar and astro on !!!! my 40s took a while to pick up but theses 50's automatically picked up even in my aluminum dog box.

THey are much better than the DC40's for GPS that's for sure.

We just send out our second shipment of collars yesterday so I think more folks will start to get them. Really hoping that Monday they give us enough to clear out our orders!

Just got mine, from buddy, and used it today. Works way better then the 40's, the signal is acquired almost instantly and doesn't cut out near as often. I don't think the bark detector works very good but nobody really needs that, a guy should get out of the truck and listen to his dogs once and awhile not just watch the tv. Absolutely worth the investment.

Have really used it lately and have seen how much better it really is. Also figured out how to turn on the bark detector and it is actually a very nice feature and works really well, so I revoke my last statement about it. If you're gonna stick with the astro unit I strongly suggest upgrading to these collars.
