2013 California Bear Harvest Report With No Dogs Gets Press

I'm posting two articles that appeared in the Sacramento Bee this morning. The first one is getting the ball rolling in favor of us. And wouldn't you know it, HSUS made sure to have Jennifer Fearing, their California representative, throw in an article simultaneously downplaying it all.
