Colorado female harvest

Quotas are being filled fast in Colorado. A meeting was set up last year (by an outfitter) about female harvest . It looks like we are cutting our own throats again by killing females. If you make a living by taking hunters charge more, take less hunters and quit killing females All you are doing is giving these groups that want to take this sport ammunition. If female harvest doesnt stop we are going to be like California with dogs in our yards that we cant use. Take pictures and release them. If you think you truely love the sport start releasing females or dont run them and be tempted by seeing them in tree. Dont ruin it for the rest of us that enjoy running dogs. I would like to see a new regulation that would limit the numbers of lions an outfitter could take in each unit and cut that in half if the female take is over what the DOW has asked for. It is no longer a sport it is all about the dollar sign!

just kid'n guys...lol But seriously, all we can hunt here is bucks, do to the bunny humpers and our deer herds are all screwed up. I've seen these post popping up lately and I'd just put it out there, to take in moderation. Maybe bring up the limiting of tags or quota's to the DOW, not just spare the females. just an opinion guys, not trying to ruffle any feathers.
