New Astro 320 - Interactive with DC 30 , 40 and 50 collars ?

A guy from Finland brought in 1 New Astro 320 and 1 New DC 50 collar. The 320 picks up the DC 50 collar it arrived with but I cannot seem to get it programmed to the DC 30 and 40 collars.

It indicates the collars are on the device but only gives distance no bearing on the compass ??

I unfortunately do not have a manual to refer to as this was left in Finland. Can anyone help trouble shoot for me.

There are Europe versions of astro which use a different frequency. It sounds like he might have two different models?

Can the frequency on this Euro version be changed so it will work with my US dc 30 and 40's. I'm busy pulling my hair out and I dont have much of that left. I dont want to go buying more collars and stuff from Europe. it would be real nice if this frequency setting could be changed simply by some means ???

Roy I don't know much about them except what I've heard. I think the power is lower on the Europe ones and the frequency is different.

I don't think there is any way to change them. I've seen a couple guys get burned here in the US buying them Cheap on Ebay and not realizing they were different and sending them to me to get repaired.

I was just reading your post and since I seen that you were our of the country that would be my guess.

Mmm looks like I'm poked on this one unless I just get Euro collars and use them. Or find a buyer here for this unit and collar.
