Garmin Whip antenna DIY
So I am wondering do the garmin whip antenna's need to be bought specifically for Garmin or can a guy build one on his own ? any info appreciated

Randy,
You can make an antenna you just need to make sure it's made for the MURS frequency and matched. But there are tons of antenna options that you can use or build.
