DOES ANY CANADIAN HAVE A DC50

I JUST GOT A DC50 BUT IT WONT WORK FOR MORE THEN 20 SECONDS AT THE MOST? I WQAS THINKING MAYBE THEY DONT WORK IN CANADA

I have both DC50 and a DC40 collars. Both work decent. The DC50 has about twice the range of the DC40 up here. What lights are showing on the collar when you turn it on?

thanks for the reply I just got all my stuff sorted out I found the dc50 now that its working is amazing. way better range then the dc40
