Hey Gary do you not get your Private Messages?

Cowboyvon,
Give me a shout when you head this way. My office number is (325)396-4572. I am fairly familiar with the country you are hunting. Tremendous amount of game including deer, turkey and javelinas but no coyotes as it is a little rough for them. Coyotes and bobcats were pretty much eliminated in that area as it was huge sheep and hair goat country. Now most of the sheep and goats are gone so very little predator control is going on. One of the highest populations of gray fox in the world in the Comstock to Sonora to Ozona down to Sanderson area.
Trailing conditions are way above normal for the area as precipitation has been way above average for this time of the year. Normal rainy season is July and August.

Glad the show is on line now instead of just on cable.. I haven't had cable for several years now.. I probably won't be going down there again until this coming fall.I'll be on my way to Utah this coming week though and might give you a call if you have time..Thanks!

Cowboyvon,
Just talked to a fellow who was on a ranch southwest of where you were hunting that borders the Rio Grande for many miles. They had four goat kills in four nights while he was there on a fishing trip. I am fairly familiar with the area and has a more than healthy crop of dog pear on it. I would love to take my potlicers down there but only one has been hunted in dog pear and it was country not nearly as badly infested as this one.
If you have not signed up for CarbonTV, please do so as this will assure we continue to air on the internet.
Thanks again,
Gary
