I have a 10 month old 100% white deer pup. She has been a super natural starting pup. Very outgoing and aggressive at a young age. Very smart too, for a young dog. Started her this year on Bobcats and she did great. Made the last 6 races of the year and she was only 8 months old then. Trees very well and was very good at locating. Know some other guys with white deer dogs who liked them, that is why I tried one. General consensus was they are natural quick starters with a lot of drive to hunt. My pup is a little growly toward other female dogs, but we're getting that under control real quick! I hope you find what your looking for.

Kinda wish I would have got to go with him. I hear nothing but good about him. Doubt if I could keep up though.
