Me and my brother will be headed to the Pecos Wilderness the first week of season. What can we expect we have hunted the Gila before just trying something a little closer to home.

Hunted there several times a few years ago. Expect to have a lot of fun. Better get in shape. I hunted with medina family. Isiah was my guide and he was around 8or 10 try's old. Killed a bear up around truchas peaks area I think.

Been hitting it pretty hard getting in shape. I think I will be fine I run half marathons somewhat regular. Elivation will mess with me some. Did you run into many other people while you were hunting there
