ODFW Hearing on 3/18

Reminder for any one who can attend this meeting in Salem this Friday, 3/18. ODFW has deferred Division 044 until June......Even though this has been postponed? Why wouldn't you want to show up and make a statement to ODFW? Just your presence sends a message!

Now we can all discuss a course of action at our upcoming OUSDA Convention in April. You own a hound? You should attend the convention. Your rights should enter into your hunting equation along with supporting the groups that do the fighting.

You can sign up to testify at 8:00 am.

Hey mike I have been to a few wildlife meetings in Utah. There was five farmers sitting on a stage in front of an entire auditorium of people. They proposed an issue then they gave everyone a chance to speak. Then the five farmers voted. I don't think they gave two shits what anyone had to say. I believe they have biologists input and harvest data to consider also so what makes you think anyone cares what you and even a large number of people have to say. It is not a democracy they don't vote in the people that make the wildlife decisions so there really isn't any backlash for anything they do.

One thing you people did say that got my attention is that in your state and other states they took your hunting liberty to the voting public and lied in an attempt kill your hunting freedom. And it worked!!

If people want to keep there hunting liberty don't they need to fight themselves? The internet is clear full of bad information, why would I trust a group of people taking donations with my hunting liberty?

Well said Mike,
If you fight fair against anyone that uses any underhanded ,devious tactics to win and doesn't let facts get in the way then you are going to lose.Fight fire with fire and you have a chance.

You people say you lost hunting liberty to a liberal stronghold of people that don't fight fair?

If you look at this thing from my point of view, you guys are completely insane. I mean that in the best way possible.

I am not the one that has lost hunting liberty. If anything you people need to take some advice from the people that haven't lost.

You got my attention by yelling fire but there is no fire where I live. I did my own research and looked for reasons your hunting liberty was burned to the ground and have seen nothing but criminals not being prosecuted for wildlife crimes.

Why have you lost hunting liberty and I haven't?

So who did you testify to if not ODFW? Why did you post ODFWs link? What did you say to them? Why do you think you made a difference? Do you have plans to revote the same issue that cost you hunting liberty in the future?
