The Vet Tech in me says take her to the vet and have a dental! But I know how much that costs $$$$ ! Ihave a plott female that doesn't do well under sedation. I just take a pair of needle nose pliers and GENTLY crack and scrap the tarter off. Now this may depend on the temperment of your dog - we can pull quills out ours with out a problem. Try Greenies, any dental bone and rubber chew toys made for working teeth.
If you have a loose tooth or the smell from here mouth is enough to kill you she may need antibotics. Don't let this go to long bad teeth can do long term damage.
