This week on CARNIVORE we will introduce the newest member of our team, Calvin Redhouse. Calvin was born and raised in the Navajo Nation and served this great country as a US Marine, performing 5 tours of duty in Iraq and Afganistan. Now Calvin has returned to the Rez and is a security guard at Dine' College and recently received his guide's license. Join us as CARNIVORE shows some of the greatest lion, bear and bobcat footage that has ever been taken in this beautiful, vast and rugged terrain.

It is a very good TV program produced by Gary Roberson. hunting related that is pretty darn tastefully presented on the pursuit channel on Dish and direct TV. If you can get the pursuit channel it is a show to watch.Nicole Stark wrote:What is CARNIVORE?

Gary, just finished watching "Carnivore"! I can only say, GREAT! Thanks to, not only to you and Calvin Redhouse, but to his ancestors and their patriotic service to our great country. Let us never forget, our veterans and great military people. With out their efforts we couldnt enjoy the many privileges we have as Americans. Looks like Calvin is a real good hounds man, with some outstanding hounds. Please keep up the good work. We really enjoy your efforts. Thanks, again and God Bless!

Thanks so much for the kind words. Calvin is a quick study as he has been only hunting for three years but is so willing to learn not only with the dogs but with the camera as you can plainly see from his results.
Our producer, Brian Hawkins did an excellent job telling a story that needs to be told and retold. I pray that this show will change the lives of some of the young men and women in the Navajo Nation. I have come to love these people and there is no place that I have been, that is more patriotic. I hope to stir pride in the next generation by showing the great generations of the past and modern heroes like Calvin.
