Bearpaw outfitters has been guiding clients sense 1977. We have several job opportunities for the upcoming spring and fall seasons.

Spring bear..

BPO has a bear baiting position. This is a labor intensive job. Applicants must be able to pack 100 pounds in rough country a quarter mile.

Fall elk..

BPO has a elk guiding position opening. Applicants must have elk hunting experience.

All guides will be paid according to ability and experience. Room and board will be included.
