Alpha issues

Alpha worked fine yesterday, today turns on to the black "Garmin" screen and the green bar at the bottom gets to halfway full, then it turns off on its own. Battery is at 100% - same thing happens when it is plugged in. Any one else have similar issues? or have a solution?

Mine did the same. I brought into double u and they said it was toast
