Dogtra pathfinder not pairing

I have a pathfinder that has been working fine for about a year. Now all of a sudden it won’t pair with my phone. Just keeps saying trying to connect with gps. Any ideas how to fix? I’ve tried uninstalling the app then reinstalled it then started from the beginning with pairing but that hasn’t worked. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
