question? on one hand I hear guys say cat hunting the U.P is some of the best hunting for bobcats( shot 2 over 40# last winter) 5 all together, then on the other hand I hear guys on this site talking about treeing 20 to even 40 or 50 a year. I cant even begin to think about that. I love it here in michigan but I got to see what thats all about. then again is it all bullsh1t?? only ran 7 cats last winter and 1 of the 2 that got away was run by a good cat dog that a veteran in our group of 4 has and man was he out of shape. one of those things were the old guy is respected, his dog is good but wont run with the other dogs so we ruined a day not making waves. biiiig cat too?
