I had a Dollins male that was over 100lbs, and I have a Dollins female that is 65lbs. I would not say that all Dollins hounds have cold nose's, just like in any breed some have cold noses and some have hot nose's.

One of mine is all Dollins on the bottom. He's 9 months, right at 80 pounds already, and extremely cold-nosed. Full of grit as well. He's bred on big game, but I run coons. Has a ton of go power for a young dog.
