Cameron/Hurricane Blue pups.

Post by Bluefloyd »

Just had a litter of pups, I made this cross to restock my current hunting pack.
I have two males and two females left. $300
Located in N Utah, males should be around 65 puonds and the females 55pounds. pups will be ready to go the first of Sept.
This is a the best cross of Registerd hunting hounds i have hunted so far.

I am familiar with the Cameron line but not the Hurricane line. Where did it originate?

Sire

Post by Bluefloyd »

Miles, I do not have a pic of the sire. (I forgot my camera)
He is a smaller dark male, about 50-55 punds, with low long ears and a loud bawl on him. he has alot of leg but just not very big. He has a nice square nose, and has the short hair.
The pups out of the last cross were all dark with my male( pictured above) being one of the lighter shaded pups.
My female is around 65 pounds.
The females out of this cross will be about 45-55 and the males will be around 60-65 pounds.
I like a smaller dog with alot of leg and this cross seems to throw that style.
The last cross the sire was around 70-75 pounds, I just like a lighter faster dog. (plus i can hold more than one on the leash).

Pups

Post by Bluefloyd »

All pups are sold.
Thanks for all the interest in the pups, and thanks to all that took one home, please keep me informed of there progress.
I am personally keeping the last two out of this litter for my own needs and am excited about this cross.
I am now stocked back up on dogs and am not planning on making another cross until spring 2009.
Thanks again,
Matt
