bobcat pics

Post by pat_kemp »

Well me and my buddy jared went up this morning to see if we could cut a good lion but none ever crossed. so i decided to try and get a bobcat to cooperate with me. well it worked my smokey dog went up and beighed this one on a ledge. This is the biggest bo bcat i have seen never did weigh it to see but i bet it was in the lower to mid 40's. well happy hunting to everyone and hope you enjoy the pics.

Nice cat man,

It sure helps to have an old vetran like the smokey dog of Jared's to get game in a tree dont it? Jared showed that dog alot of game, maybe old smokey can get some young dogs trained for you to take over his spot when he is dead and gone. Well good luck hunting and once again nice cat.

Did you only use one hound dog to tree that bobcat?

yep sure did, i turned to others in to it but they never even made it to the tree, they got on another bobcat and trailed it in to some nast terrain and i never could get to them before dark so i lost over night. but yeah did tree this one with that dog in the pick. Hes pretty well known for treeing bobcats and lions by himself. thanks for the comments.
