Update on dog thief

Post by treed »

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As some of you know, I had my Rock dog stolen last October...By blind luck, I was able to find him and the split tail that stole him.....I got a phone call from the County Attorneys office yesterday. They advised that they are going to prosecute her. They filed it as a misdemeanor, but beggars can't be choosey I guess. I betcha she thought that she was going to skate since it was taking so long.....
Can't wait to see her in court ....Coop

Misdemeanor is a bummer, but your right at least they didn't drop it.
Good luck Randy.

You should talk to a lawyer about a civil suit. Try to make her pay after prosecution. People like that need to be made to suffer for as long as possible.

keep us updated. I would definately look into a civil case also.. Just depends on how much Money damages it cost you.

I know you probably could get you lawyer costs back.....That's considering that she pays!!

Hey Coop, Glad to hear the good news. Hopefully they nail her to the wall. Let me know if ya need someone to fill up the courtroom to show support. I know a few good hound doggers that would be happy to help. Just say the word.
