Can I use any brand tracking collar with my Wildlife receiver as long as its the same frequency?

Yes,as long as your receiver covers that freq. you're good to go.

Thanks for the reply mudflap. Now I need to go shopping.My young dog decided last night she was tired of taking the back seat to the old lady and left her behind on a bobby.She has been glued to her side until now but its time she gets a collar!

Thanks for the feedbackfrom all of you.I have also used the wildlife products exclusively in the past,but I just wanted to check out my options.It's kinda hard to tell if there is something better out there if you have never tried anything else.I did get onto the Johnson telemetry site and they had good prices and collars that sounded like they performed as well as Wildlife.I was also considering the wildlife rechargeable collars.But I don't like the idea of them potentially going dead before I get a dog back.Anybody ever use these?

You cant go wrong with a johnson collar or marshall collar IMO

I have a rechargeable (mag) wildlife and they work fine. Never had a problem with it.

I also have wildlife highpower 3450 I have never had any problem you can tell buy the signal when it is getting low
