what does anybody think about this -

You might be a houndsman if ........................................

these are some from beagle board--- pm ed with buddy -he likes it and we agree that some are too long--- but i think it mite be easy to come up with some of these that civilians mite understand easier- lol

this could be on back or maybe a second project-

you mite be houndsman if......

you classify everybody else as civilians

u ever took your dogs medicine-

your dog ever took your medicine-

you got flea shampoo in your bathroom

these are some from beagle board and writer gave permision to use them - lol i tried to shorten them - lol

If any of your kids are named after a good hound..

If your kids could bark before they could talk...

If your best hound sleeps on the bed and your wife sleeps on the couch

your kids learned about the birds and the bees from watching dogs

you have more home movies about dogs than your human family

If half of your wardrobe has something to do with dogs or hunting...

this is from a lady houndsman-- (beagler)

i asked beagler for permision and this is what he said- hes a beagler he hunts coon also- i think hes a houndsman lol

i still think QUOTES is a great idea- and im not backing down at all from that- just saw this and thought ,WOW we could sell them .lol

most of the funniest quotes i know are funny to a few people - ya had to be there- - i know cause ill mention them and bust my hound buddies up and a civilian just stare like im crazy -- have to tell them the whole story--

most the houndsman been there and done that- so they know what im talking about -- had same thing happen - -lol

like ------FETCH THE ROYAL BEARMOBILE lol

ya had to been there--- but that cracks me up 20 years later - the bearmobile was a long ways from us--- and wasnt so royal--

wouldnt have traded it for a stretch limo that day --

and the guy actually did go and fetch it -- ill never forget it -

Here is the list so far, We'll need to get it down to at least 10. If there are any more great Hounds men qoutes get them in quickly..

Otherwise we can start to weed through some of these.

These would be my pick so far.

There were a couple others that I remember that I liked.

I think it was .. I don't explain it, I just report it. If anyone knows who put this one up I would like to check with him to make sure he is OK with us using it.

The other one that made me chuckle was

Dogs running deer don't bother me, it's the ones that run deer bad that you worry about....?? I'm sure I screwed that up and it's a bit long winded.

Something along those lines..

The deer running dogs quote was told to me along these lines...

"Deer chasing dogs aren't bad. They just need to be broke. You just want to stay away from the one's who chase deer and do it badly."

It is pretty long though.... Wise words to live by..

Buddy,

Easiest way may just be to set up a pole thread with those 25 or so and put them on the shirt as they are voted for. may not work though. Probably just end up with a bunch of votes for one and none for the rest.
