I should have posted this months ago but I have tried to be patient and thouhgt people were honest and trustworthy and had integrity to stick to their word. Now after over a 1 1/2 years I still have not seen the return of my hound or any kind of funds for the hound. I sold my lead hound on a 30 day trial back in May 9, 2007 for several thousands of dollars. I was to be mailed a payment when the dog was delivered to the person. I never recieved payment at all in during the 30 day trial. I talked to the person 2-3 times a week making sure the hound was working out and asking when money would ship. The day after 30 days was up I called and informed the person that I still had not recieved any type of funds for my hound that the hound was still my property that he either needed to pay in full or have the hound returned to me. At that point the person promised that he would have money mailed to me the next monday June 11, 2007 via overnite mail with certified funds and would call me with a tracking number. I did not here from this person at all the next week so I called the next friday after the 11, where that person informed me he liked the hound and needed a few more weeks to try him. I told him to send the money and I would have no problem with that. 2 weeks went by and still no funds and hound. I then proceeded to call and email this person daily to try to get back my hound. I have lost contact with this person, have talked to his wife and a few people that he hunts with to try to get my hound back. I'm not the first person that he has done this too, on top of bs he has done to people hauling hounds for him. I have found that this person is a dog peddler and was using my hound as his lead hound to train the dogs he was peddling. All I want is my dog back and if he isnt alive I want full payment for him!!!!!

At this point in time I have to consider this theft, I have been more than patient!!! I am looking for Bud Miller aka (Muledog) he was last living in Silver Lake, Oregon his home phone # is 541-576-3557 the 2 cell #'s I had for him have been conviently disconected. His email is muledawgs@yahoo.com. I have been able to have him pick up the phone a couple of times in the past when I call from an OR number when he finds out its me on the line he starts screaming gets baligerant then hangs up. The last time I called the number I got his wife to pick up where she let me know she kicked him out and didnt know where he is. His hunting partners that I have talked to know about the situation and how he continues to dodge me dont know if the hound is still alive letting him know he needs to return the hound or pay for the hound to resolve this.

I am looking for info where Bud Miller is located and age so I can go with the local athority and retreive my hound.

My hound's name is Skeeter has RW freeze branded on his front left shoulder and back left hip. On his front left shoulder he has a 4 leaf clover branded around the RW it did not turn out as good as the RW but if you were to look close or feel you could see it. He is a black and tan male and will be ten years old this year. Skeeter is a leggy hound should weigh 75 lbs and 27-28 inches tall.

Thanx for reading this post any and all info will be greatly apreciated. I look forward to the safe return of Skeeter. I hope there are a few honest houndsmen out there that will help me get Skeeter home.

could post alot of things on this ,see no use in doing that you and i know how this could of been taken care of on the two dogs yes two dogs, and as to the rest, all ways there is two side of a story i can go on and on ,people who know me know the way i do things and i will not say any more .

Bud you finally have come out of hiding!!! Its funny that you havent been active on these hound forums since this whole mess that you have brought on your self has gone down. I got a tip on your new cell # and have tried to call yesterday and today to see how you want to resolve this problem. You continue to avoid the facing the facts. You got my Skeeter dog on 5/9/2007 it is now 1/3/2009 and have yet to see the money you promised to send me on 6/11/2007 via overnite certified funds? You had thirty days to get the dog back to me or send funds and have yet to do it. Yes theres 2 sides to every story theres the jist of mine so whats your excuse. I will be happy to come get my hound right now just need to tell me where he is at?

I want to thank all the people that have contacted me with info/tips and concerns about their bad dealings with Bud Miller aka (muledog)!!! I got some good tips and am in contact with law inforcement to help me out. I will be giving a ((((REWARD))) to anybody that can furnish the location of my hound or bud miller adress, and age or bring back Skeeter safe so I can have the law take care of things. All I want is resolve and my hound brought safely back HOME!!!!

Just think Bud this could have been handled in a differ manner if you would have just stood by your word. Your track record says different and I wish I would have known that before hand. You have had ample time to right this wrong!!!
So I'm calling a spade a spade!!!!

Oh Bud its a felony here in UT when theft has accured and the amount is over $1,000 times that by 6 and just think what their going to do to you!!!!

Dang, looks like you did business with a winner. he says theres two sides to a story yet had no story to tell. i was curious to hear his. I'm glad to see theres people out there helping you get you dog back, the last thing we need is somebody ripping people off, hope you catch him. keep us posted.

Slidecreekdan "2 Sides 2 every story" Your absoluty right there is!!!! There is also a mans word and what good is it when he has no integrity to stand behind his word. I stood behind everything I said, still do and more and I'm still patiently waiting. All your buddy Bud Miller has to to is return my dog or pay me the amount that was agreed on. Oh and before you get on here trying to stir s____!!! you might want to reassess who your runin with because my phone, email, pm's have been blowing up on how Bud Miller has had baggilions of bad dog deals in his day. Also the fact you can be considered and acsessory to this crime with holding any info or where abouts of my dog!!!!! Cause the law is involved now, something to think about now isnt it?????

You have my side of the story and its pretty simple and you probably have Bud Millers. And your wrong theres three sides to a story just like a quarter (heads, tails, middle) mine, his and now yours and how your proceve this hole mess that didnt have to get like this. If you know where my dog is or the location of Bud Miller I would apreciate you disclosing any info to resolve this.

I have tried to call Bud Millers new cell # that was anonomysally given to me and his house phone, emailed him, and pm'd him. He has yet to try to get ahold of me other than his post above as "Muledog" so you tell me about 2 sides to a story and how concerned he is in trying to right his wrong.

Heres my origainal post that Bud Miller agreed to and knew what the Skeeter was. He called several renferances plus I gave Bud Miller a thirty day trial, in that begining of thirty days he was to pay me certified funds to hold for the trial which I never recieved and return Skeeter to me with in the thirty days if he did not work for him. I kept in contact with Bud Miller minimum of 2 times of week to see how Skeeter was doing. Not once did he want to return Skeeter and would say he is more than pleased with him the check is in the mail.

7 year old rig /bear/lion/bobcat/coon dog, will start and finish owne track. This dog has treed tons of game by himself. Has a good cold nose, and work a track hard. In your first description of this hound you say he is 7 years old.Now you say he is turning 10 years old.Has this guy had your dog for 3 years?

The month he took him he was turning 8 at the end of that month, skeeter will be 10 at the end of may. In may it will be 2 years with this mess going on and Bud Miller continues to make bad deals to this day.

Well i guess you need to face the fact of the dog is now going 10 and he his value is not as much now I believe the man needs to pay you 6000.00 for the dog. Other than the point of the fact you want the dog back he still has a responsibility to pay for value lost.

Well I have had many dealings with Bud ( he has all ways paid the money when agreed upon ) and he has been upfront and honest in every case .
Everyone i know that has had dealings with bud has the same things to say i have found true in my dealings . But Greg you on the other hand Cant say i have heard the same from your word or dealings. But that is just hearsay , I do not know you just what i have been told by people who do and have had dealings and friends dealings with you.
Just a little info for others.

I'm not taking sides but the story sure is changing. Did Bud give $2,000.00 for the trial? How did the second dog come about. This is a good reason why dogs should be bought/sold under a tree.
