First one for me,how many have you seen ? Is that your 1st black snowshoe ? I don't know about black but I can say I have treed a dark colored cougar. In the tree it looked black but when he jumped it was clearly a dark brown. I have video footage of this cat but no way to convert it to digital so I can post it. I have a friend who might...I will ask him and post it. Not only is it dark but it is a big fella....would make a cool mount!!!! To bad it was in Oregon.

According to all my neighbors there is black panthers all around me!! LOL I need what they drink!! LOL
