What walker line???

Post by Timmy Corey »

Looking info on what walker line fits this description- fast, gritty, cold nose, and good treeing ability. The looks should be like a running walker except little longer ears and a little bigger head. Medium built with straight legs.

If there is such a line who may have some?

Go to the treeing walker site read the Loose Bruce Post - I'm new on here, but not to these line of hounds, those boys have done thier homework and are on the right track - also look in to the White Cloud dogs. IQ and ability ( track drifters like running dogs ) to tree and locate Bobcats. Heart and grit to stay on a mean Fuzzy Growler til you get there - bay or tree. Ever see the old pictures of Loose Bruce? Find an old Full Cry - Mid eighties or so - thats what your looking for! The more line breed the better if thier proven in the woods. Good Luck

I have been having good luck with lipper bred walkers. It seems like Ive always ran into some kind of fault with other lines but these have been very fast, smart, and the hardest tree dogs i have seen.
