First of all, I wouldn't worry because they don't have a case against you. However, I would try to get in touch with the person you got the dog from. If it comes down to a court case, at least you have someone there that says you got the dog from them. These people can't even prove you know where they live.

Ok guys the summon states that is a recovery of a salt and pepper schauzer. went to court and all taken care of thanks guys.
