someone to run bear in maine

i was just wondering if theres anyone on here that comes up to maine to run bears. id like to get my 1 year old cameron on some bears but dont know to many people up here that would be willing to take me and my pup for bears. i have plenty of places to go. if anyone could help me out that would be great. thank you for your time.

Whats the rules on non resident hunters bringing there hounds up there do u need a guide?

I just looked it up looks like your supposed to. Pg 22 of this years book " Non residents may not use a dog or dogs to hunt for bear unless they employ and hunt with a resident Maine guide" A non resident that holds a Maine guide licence can hunt their dogs here. Sorry Corey.

i think that damn law sucks. out of staters can come up here and hunt deer with out a guide. doesnt make sense to me at all. todd ---- carl said we could run off his baits if we wanted to. ive been thinking about going up there and just taking utah in my self. maybe he will just surprise me and take one out!!!! says his baits have been smoked every day!!! i dont know. got some other things to take care of right now. we will see what happens.
