Ahem! Ahem! Here we go.....

She rolls her own
cigarettes
with the work
of just one hand
she acts mean
and she cusses
i know she wish she were a man
she got her teeth knocked out
by a buckin horse
and when i told her that it made her look tough
she just grinned and said i like it that way
and then she loaded up her lip with snuff
*Chorus*
shes my snouse queen
shes my copenhagen angel
shes my beach-nut bunnie
shes my red fox brush-o

She's got a plug in both her cheeks she's got Copenhagen in her lip
She's got a roll-your-own stuck between her teeth and I've never even seen her spit
:beer

shay, yiu have recieved much good advice if you have cash in hand look up some reputable houndsmen such as mike kemp or someone of that caliber, maybe mr. leonard would part with one of his started young dogs, that will catch his own game,go catch a few lions this winter and then this spring get a couple of young plotts to follow your older dog after you get started it will all start falling in place stay focused you will need it good luck dave, maybe you just start drinking and gambling alot,it will be alot less headaches than hounds

Hey there,
I am your same age and kinda started out as you did. I live in Laramie and I have tried to find someone to help me get started but all I got was how I had the wrong dogs and that I was not doing things the right way(thier way) so I started doing it by myself and then I was blessed to have a mentor that really helped me out a lot. What are you looking for? To answer your questions about starting your dogs on coon first that won't harm them one bit to do that. I have a male dog that is hard on coon but he is good on lion too. If I can help you out with anything or answer some questions let me know. I might know someone near you that has good dogs. Are you willing to travel? Are you able to dry ground hunt?
