houndsmen do your females come in heat on time at 6 mounts or do thay tack longer then 6 mounts?

:lol: Ive got one that comes in every 5 months it seems like..an one thats right one schedule at every 6 months....an a couple that skip one sometimes....there all diffrent....but opening day of lion or bear season seems to bring them in for sure :?

With mine, the less you want them in heat the more they are in. If you want them to come in they won't. That's the way it works for me. I have a bigger bluetick female and she only comes in once a year, if that.

Another question to add to this; Do your females bleed noticably? I have a couple females that I can't hardly tell they're in heat except my male won't leave them alone. My golden gets blood all over the place.

You have pretty much answered your own question, no set rules or times. They are all different.
