Brett,

Dang I am so glad you finally found my Swavorskis! Oh sure I can identify them they have that neat hawk emblem on them. LOL!

Thanks buddy! LOL!

I bet I have tore off enough lariat ropes to tie up half the cattle on the King Ranch.

Radios, cell phones, tracking collars and antennas, Ruger six-shooter, knives and many other assorted dog related items. My innocense, self respect, and my temper. LOL!

Wow! Makes you wonder why you put yourself thru all of this. LOL!

My Tent! Imagine the feeling you would get after spending the night out in a severe snowstorm with no fire, wet, cold and laying in the white-out all night, only to find when the sun came up, that you were 100 feet from the tent the whole time....

Lost leashes are the easest to find all you have to do is look in your buddy's truck.

Along with hundreds of leashes and dog snaps, a couple of tritronics shock transmitters, a few knives, lots of gloves, and a couple of wildlife materials boxes, my wife is sure that I have lost my mind. I still firmly believe that if I just go hunting one more time I will stumble across it, but she is convinced that it is gone for good.(I think she likes me better without it anyway)

Lost 2 guns while coonhunting. A brand new Rem Nylon 66 that belonged to my buddy. Was carrying a couple coons and the rifle. I put them down to take a compass reading . Got to the truck, had the coons but no rifle !!!

Climbed a big bull pine tree to shoot out a coon.Shot it out and then climbed down to find no revolver in the holster !! Looked and looked but never found it. Still think it might have hung up in a branch or something and never hit the ground.

Garmin Astro last weekend. DAMN IT! Got dang lucky once.... Was riding home and realized I left my rifle on the top of the truck. Right then I did a hard u turn to go back down the road cuz there was no way it could have stayed up there and I needed to back track to find it. Got to where I started but still didnt see it anywhere. Looked on top the cab and ther it was! LUCKY!

Once I found a horse! I just moved to Utah and figured I would try to learn how to deer hunt. Before the season I went looking for a place to hunt and after hiking the mountains for a while I came accross a saddled horse fully loaded with Rifle and all. I looked around for awhile and didnt see no one so i started to yell out for anyone. Still no one so I got worried that someone was out there hurt or dead. I never road a horse before but i was worrried about the owner so I jumped on and took off like a pro! I swear to you I even took the rifle out and held it in one hand as I rode just so some day i could tell someone I rode through that sage like Billie the Kid. After riding around forever i still found no one so i road back towards the main road. I got off before I got there and a truck came around the corner. It was the guy looking for his horse. He said the darn thing was the meanest damn horse he ever new and it threw him off a few miles away. I must have tamed that beast! Never rode a horse again but hope I get the chance. I am a total wanna be good ole boy. My house is decorated with all the southwestern stuff I can get my hands on. Old traps, tons of horse pictures, arrowheads and all that fun stuff. At least a man can dream.......

Do your research on those arrow heads. The Gov't. is trying to send a 70 yr old man up the river for life, down here, because of his collection.
