I like them a lot. They do tend to be hyper in the pen though. That being said, you won't find a blue that is grittier.

There seems to be a lot of variance in the ones that are not straight from the man himself. at least that is the sum of my personal findings.

it depends on who you get one from i have seen some that are face barkin tree fighter then i have seen some from other breeders that dont do that and are real good handling dogs. it just depends on the breeder and how picky they are about what dog they breed to what dog. the ones i have are real nice pretty gritty and hard runnin. i like cameron dogs some people dont but for big game i love them

with the little experience that i have with my cameron he is hyper but very smart. catching on to the hunting world just slowly!!! great looking hounds with a great nose.

Cameron bred hounds are no different than other breeds some are good some are not so good. I have some good ones|

I have 3 cameron dogs they are all doing ood on bear but don't seem to be interested much in coyote and cats?? Thay also seem to be slow Starters but are now 2-3 years old and are catching on!!

well said danny they are the same as other breeds. I dont like them at all I have had 2 and I sold them as fast as I bought them. To timid for me .
