Starting a young dog...

Post by beardog003 »

Hello everybody, I hope all is well. I was just thinking about the best way to start a young hound, when i say the best I mean single handily. I know a lot of us use trainning scents, caged critters, but what I am getting at is what is the single best thing you could do to get a young hounds mind clicking the right way?

Thanks

from my experience the first and most important thing is to bond with the pup, then the pup will want to do what makes you happy including picking up on any training method, the best method to me is running with pup trainers
