Hunting With Hounds Could Be In Trouble

Post by Snowy Mtn »

Just found this on another site. Check it out. Once hounds are take away in one state it WILL happen in others. England is a good example of this. Time for hound owners to come out of the woods and be heard !!!

Is there a national orginazition we can join to help? I looked in the club section and didnt see anything for Maine. Hell the biggest group of hound people I know is from this site and the coon dogs site. Maby we can have a joint Orginazition between the two? Just a suggestion. That would be 10,902 phone calls that could be made when needed.

THey tried this crap in california. It was not just against hounds but all dogs being used for hunting. That one was run by the aspca. It took alot of work to make sure it did not go through. It finally came down to a state rep trading favors to make sure it did not pass. Find out who is on the commitee and flood them with emails and phone calls to start and follow it up by showing up at the public hearings on the matter. THis is scary crap and needs to be taken care asap. Good luck Tim
