Are they even legal to hunt/trap in MT? I know in Wyoming they are not legal. Badger yes, wolverine no. Better check into that one to be on the safe side. :?:

Last time I checked MT wasent WY, you can do a lot of things in MT that you can't in WY, wolf hunting and wolverine trapping come to mind.

There is only a quota of 5 statewide, check your reg book for the wolverine zone map and quota distrbution, be ready to go HIGH up after wolverine

Funny this was thread was posted in 2009. I caught one here in Montana the same year. Very awesome critter.

MThound, I hope you got that mounted, that's one of the most unusually colored wolverines I've seen.
