Going to loose it all, because of a rat

This will be my last post, Im just hopeing the hunter that openend his mouth can sleep at night and enjoy either the points they recieved or the $500.00 by makeing that phone call to The WA Dept. of Fish and Game. Because of me haveing a training coon in a cage that was better taken care of then some peoples own dogs. I know it wasnt right, but come on. Theres worse things I could have done to cost this much damage and what I mean by that is, my wife works as a court clerk. This wasnt her deal but the game warden decided to make this case personal and called my wifes boss. Not only did he lie to her, his whole report is full of lies. One instance he said my wife threatend him, my wife is 5'0 this guy is 6'0 with a gun, duh. My wife lost her job, now where I live theres no jobs. So it looks as though we are going to loose our house along with the vehicles, along with our dogs. So if the person that ratted me out is reading this hope your happy, because you just took away my kids Christmas and if your man enough give me a call I will meet you one on one anytime anywhere. Sorry for venting Buddyw, if you have to delete this, I will understand. Not looking for a handout, just a name.

Wahillbilly, man this sucks but you need a lawyer and a good one. I am not for frivolous law suits but if what you say went down as explained ( and I have no reason to think otherwise) you need the court to settle this. That Game Warden may think he makes the law but a lawsuit against him will bring him to reality. No way can that creep cause you to lose everything and get away with it. Get this story on TV and in the papers. They don't want to get caught and exposed in a lie by the public. You have too much to lose to let this slide but use your head before you let your emotions cause any more damage, regardless how much you want to beat him physically Think coolly about this and come up with a good game plan. Get GOOD advice and then act on it. Best Luck!

you really have to watch your p's and q's in this state anymore hillbilly. what is happening is lots of guys (including people that promote their line of dogs for sale on this forum on a regular bases)in the last few years have got busted for there own stupidity and are now rolling on everone they can to try to save themselves. good luck and hopefully you can make it through that and keep hunting those dogs.

Have you contacted whatever state houndsmen's organization you have out there? Is your wife a member of whatever union public servants have out there? Both these organizations should be willing to help you fight this situation...

yeah was supposed to haul a dog for a guy that lived close to Bill and was gona stop and get a copy of the videos he had out, wires got crossed and it dident work out and now I can't find his videos online

Sounds like alot for a citable offense. Must be more to the story. They were caught with an illegal coon at a field trial a while back, if my memory serves me correctly. Wasn't that big of a deal.

I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune! I know wardens have a job to do but I haven't met one yet that isn't sneaky and out to prove a name for him self. I shot a doe a few years back. Had a doe tag but couldn't find the damn thing. Tore my truck apart and my house with no luck. I made the decision to call a buddy and have his mother tag it. Better idea than making it camp meat! Well the next day 2 wardens roll into my place and 2 into my buddies mothers place. She got a fine. Don't remember what. I got hit with failure to register a deer and failure to attach a tag to a deer!500 dollars later and one pissed off mainer hahaha. I know where your coming from
