lol that bear seem like he knew smiley the bear was in teh tree he came out and back up aganst the trunk i watched smiley bay and bite bay and bite then bay bay bay bay and he went in that time that ol boar had him pattern and he balled up on him smiley is a big dog so he just balled up on his back side i hav eto talk it over it was 84 tonite lil to hot to run the dogs but i did anyways and let one dog go so i dont have jed any more WV HIllBILLY you wouldnt be brian stump would ya if so you dont knwo what it ment for you to give me smiley i owe you big time

Nope, Not stump. But i have hunted with him and do know him. Good fellow he is, He just lives up the road from me. I am the other brian the bill pringle was telling you about.

i got a big walker dog off him named smiley and i got his rail box he sure is a nice man

Hey Bearhunter, how's the pup doing? I have two more coming, I will have a bigger pack next year. I am thinking of going down your way in late fall. Just thinking at this time.

I have been going in the evening. We ran three and treed one. One guy from the group has been going in the morning and has been having a lot of luck. I'll keep at. wvhillbilly - Must be pretty rough just reading the posts. I hope you make it back out when you can.

Went out Saturday about 6:00pm. Had a strike at 6:15 with two dogs running till 9:30. A couple of the other guys could not make it that had some other good dogs. I think they almost has it a time or two, but you no how that goes. I did get my coondog out of the box. He went to the track and come back. I might need to get him right out with the start dog or walk one down so he can be on a hot one. I hope he works out. Dont have much money to get a bear dog right now. Love to go, but just aint the same if you dont have a hound of your own on the chase. Sure wish I would have stated this bear chasing along time ago. Going to get out one or two days this week.
