Texas Lion Hunting Invitation Greatly Appreciated!

Post by RIFLEMAN »

Hi Guys,

I am in Texas visiting my folks for Christmas, and after 1 1/2 weeks of being cooped up and away from my dogs, I am starting to get cabin fever. I was hoping someone would consider allowing me to tag along with you. I won't bring a camera, gun, or dog...just myself and my willingness to help out however you want me to.

I am located in Blanco (Hill Country), and willing to travel a long ways for the chance to see how lion hunting is done Texas-style. I will be here until 6-JAN and appreciate your consideration.

Right now is not the best of times due to deer season. If one of the high fence ranches call me with a problem lion I will let you know.

Thanks a lot, JTG. I really appreciate you keeping me in mind. For some reason, I thought deer season was winding down.

It's very funny and coincidental that you mention that, arizonabeagle. My dad gets his feed from that store, and happened to mention that lion to me on the same day you did.
