okay guys my computer has ben down for awhile now so i havnt got to see how everyone is doing lately with hunting. the weather over in my neck of the woods has ben to say the least "horrible" for hunting! this little pup that i have in these pictures is out of houndnhorses blood which he got from the gentlemen pat that he speaks of, i have had the chance to speak with pat myself and he is a true gentlemen that calls it like he sees it. I know that he has some pups for sale right now and to be honest i dont know why they are not all gone and if i had the money believe me i would buy the whole lot of em! this pup that i have has so much natural ability that i can see he is going to be one hell of a hound! in this picture he has just turned 4 monthes and he is absolutely cat crazy. It was the first cat that he has seen and for over an hour i let him chew on it then after that i took him in the house and drug the cat all around the place and after a bit i let him out and to my amazement he trailed and treed on the thing and never got bored with it. I just want tosay that i think everyone should take a good hard look at these dogs and if you decide to pass on them then i believe that you will be making a mistake. so call mike or pat and see what they are about and get your hands on some if you can!

Looks like you got a little firecracker there! My 2 hoolagens are fighting around the couch right now. They are both 10 months old (dogs, not kids, haha). I think those 2 are getting anxious for bear season! My next pup should be an early starter on cats, and Ill get her in the spring and she should be ready in time for next winter to throw her out and get some experience. Shoot me a PM back and let me know how you're doing! Also get to buy my house on monday! Finally moving to the country!

ya he is a firecracker for sure! he has got a attitude toward other creatures that you cant teach. I couldnt believe he didnt get bored with that cat. i mean i let him tree on that thing forever and his feet got tore up from jumping up on the tree and were bleeding pretty good but he didnt seem to mind, i bet he played with that thing all of 3 hrs and an hour in the tree. he tore it up pretty bad and i dont think that its worth a dime now but thats okay im not in this fun sport for money and i dont think many people are if they know how it truely works ha ha. man our winter has really ben a tough one as far as hunting goes with freezing fog or rain with little fresh snows and the little snows we did have lately were like ice crystols that didnt seem to hold much scent. I bet i havnt had my dogs out in 2 weeks and it sucks. theres some real hardcore guys out n about but i think they are waisting more time than anything. talked to the guy that has my old dog today and says shes one of the best dogs he has ever owned and i couldnt believe my flippin ears because she wouldnt do jack for me but i guess i gave up on her about a month too soon. lesson learned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyhow hope everything is goin good for you and congrats on gettin in the house.

Thats damn good for a dog of that age! He doesnt look more then 4 months old! Keep putting him on game, even if its dead, haha. Work on his trailing and he'll be a force to be reckoned with. Yeah thats too bad about that dog you said you told to a guy in Canada? Cant remember but I remember you telling the me the story. Thats pretty crazy though! Yeah its looking like we might get snow tonight, depending on how much I think Im gonna go out solo tomorrow and try to put something up. Take a day off work and make it up later in the week since I work 4/10's. Hopefully I can put something up this time. My buddy just put up another lion, his 2nd of the season but he has a pretty good dog. We'll see what I can do, maybe run a coyote at least, something to keep these dogs in shape! haha.

ya i cant wait until he can start goin on a little longer hikes with me. as of right now his little legs are usually running just trying to keep up at a slow pace, so he gets tired real fast but im sure it wont be long and i will be chasing him insted of him chasing me.
