catahullas
I was wonder what you hounds people thought of using catahullas for hunting? I have seen a few of them up here but used only for cow work.

Re: catahullas
I have had a handful of catahoulas over the years, I loved them as dogs, cow dogs and I liked them OK as dogs in a pack when game was bayed. THey aren't really very good at hunting (my experience) but they will sure enough bay and try to eat anything you catch. None of mine would strike or cold trail but when it heated up they'd jump in and help...
I like one riding around in the back of the truck though...sure enough cool dogs and mine were great around family too...
