Re: gascons and blues
That's kind of a trick question. I guess, technically speaking, an American Blue Gascon is a blueticked hound that meets the breed standard criteria for, and is registered by, the American Blue Gascon Hound Association. You can read more for yourself at www.abgha.org However, there are many fine strains of big blue hounds that are not ABGHA registered. You will often hear the name "Gascon", "Big Blues" or Old Fashioned Blueticks used interchangeably. Largely, it depends on the individual.
Fundamentally, however, the TYPE of hound that is often identified with the (perhaps ill-named) American Gascon is a large, heavy headed, long eared, cold nosed, tree minded strain of Bluetick coonhound. Most, if not all, are also UKC registered Blueticks. The Big Blues/Gascon/Old Fashioned Blueticks are NOT to be mistaken for the Grand Bleu de Gascogne (note the different spelling) or other purebred breeds of hound from Europe.
Others much more knowledgeable than I will have to answer the question about Cameron-bred hounds. I am probably mistaken, but I believe that the current configuration of Cameron-bred hound does not meet the ABGHA breed standard. I also understand that in years past, many did.
Hope this helps without causing too much confusion or a flame war by others who may disagree with my answer.

Gascons are bred to a different standard where size is mandatory or the cannot be registered.
Blueticks are bred to a different standard that is a blueprint for breeders but does not force him to put size as the # 1 priority,
