Cross the road lion...

Post by Rockcreek »

I had a lion run across the road in front of me last night about 9:30 pm, heading towards town. I was at work and we can't run lions in Utah at night, so we made a plan to get after it this morning.

Well we got lucky and treed him, he turned out to be a decent tom and the dogs did a good job.

Here are some pics.

Take care.

What is that dog on the tree in the last pic? I have a couple of Trigg crosses that look a lot like that.

DerekE, that is my little socks pup. She is out of Kim Payne and Wade Lemons dogs. Have a little trig down the line in her breeding but way back.

Take care, jason

A few miles maybe as the crow flies, after a detour through some houses.

Take care.
